Our Vision & Mission

The Chatfield Alliance is a a 501 (c) non-profit founded in 2020 with a vision to promote and grow Chatfield as the best place to live, work, visit and invest in Southeast Minnesota. We work to achieve this through community engagement and promotion.

What We Do

coordinate community events in collaboration with community partners.
maintain a community website, events calendar, Facebook page and community email list.
promote Chatfield in print and digital media outlets and leverage purchasing power with partners.
deliver new resident welcome bags and conduct business ribbon-cuttings.
assist with city beautification projects and volunteer management.
connect event planners, entrepreneurs, and business owners to resources.
offer technology and graphic design services to local non-profits.
staff the city Welcome Center.
represent Chatfield on regional tourism and community development organizations.
