To enhance the well-being of America's veterans, their families, our military, and our communities by our devotion to mutual helpfulness.

LOCAL UNIT ACTIVITIES & EVENTS

  • Flag Disposal | As Needed

  • Color Guard | As Needed

  • Fund Legion Baseball

  • Award scholastic scholarships

  • Memorial Day activities

  • Award Military scholarships for graduates entering the military

  • Provide Veterans Day Banquet

OUR PURPOSE

In the spirit of Service, Not Self, we support The American Legion and honor the sacrifice of those who serve by enhancing the lives of our veterans, military, and their families, both at home and abroad. We advocate for veterans, educate our citizens, mentor youth, and promote patriotism, good citizenship, peace and security.

  • January | Host Community Blood Drive Canteen

  • March | Host Community Blood Drive Canteen

  • May | Poppy Drive Fundraiser Begins

  • May | Memorial Day Program

  • May | Award Scholarships at Senior Banquet

  • September | Fall Pillow Cleaning 

  • November & December | Care Packages to Veterans at the Chosen Valley Care Center
  • As Needed | Color Guard 

  • Sponsor 2 Girls State Participants
