The Chatfield Alliance

The Chatfield Alliance is a a 501(c) non-profit founded in 2020 with a vision to promote and grow Chatfield as the best place to live, work, visit and invest in Southeast Minnesota. We work to achieve this through community engagement and community promotion. Examples include:

• coordinating community events in collaboration with community partners.

• maintaining a community website, events calendar, Facebook page and community email list.

• promoting Chatfield in print and digital media outlets and leverage purchasing power with partners.

• delivering new resident welcome bags and conducting business ribbon-cuttings.

• assisting with city beautification projects and volunteer management.

• connecting event planners, entrepreneurs, and business owners to resources.

• offering technology and graphic design services to local non-profits.

• staffing the city Welcome Center.

• representing Chatfield on regional tourism and community development organizations.
